Main scientific interests:

• Reconstruction of the cooling and exhumation history of the Rodna horst and neighbouring crystalline bodies using fission track analyses.
  
• Provenance analyses in Tertiary deposits using heavy mineral assemblages and fission track analyses.
  
• Analysis of mesoscale structures (folding and paleostress analysis of brittle structures).
  
• The work in this project is done together with Matthias Tischler.
